STRESS




In this time of COVID-19, stress is something ALL of us can relate to.  We are not alone. This is affecting all of us, in one way or another. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣


I recently spoke about stress with one of my closest friends Anita Lambert @holistichealthphysio on the podcast that she and @jessiemundell co-host.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣
